A Frak party is the term given by fans and the crew of the re-imagined "Battlestar Galactica" for organized parties at homes or special events to watch the episodes of the Re-imagined Series. Originally conceived by the website FrakParty.com their term has since grown into common usage by both fans and the crew alike. Ron Moore has also been known to turn up to a few of the events organised himself.
