Each episode of Caprica is 42-48 minutes running length. Dates shown are their original U.S. airdates and not the reruns.

Nine episodes aired on the Syfy Channel from Jan 2010 to March 2010. The remaining episodes were originally scheduled to air beginning Jan 2011, however in fall of 2010 Syfy announced it would resume Caprica beginning Oct 5, 2010. Syfy aired 4 of the remaining 9 episodes and then announced the series would be canceled. The final 5 episodes were scheduled to air on Jan 4, 2011 back to back on Syfy. In Canada, the Space channel chose to continue the final 5 episodes in November 2010. DVD Season 1.0 contains the first 9 episodes (up to "End of Line") and the DVD Season 1.5 contains the remaining 9 episodes 10-18 (release date Dec 21, 2010).

Note: This episode is the two-hour pilot for the Caprica TV series, the spin-off of the Re-imagined Series produced by Remi Aubuchon, Ronald D. Moore, David Eick for the Syfy Channel. Summary Zoe's attachment to the Cylon Prototype makes it difficult for Daniel and his company to duplicate success with other U-87 units. Amanda looks into her daughter's life and finds that she barely knew the real Zoe. Sister Clarice invites Lacy for dinner, as Sam begins to exert a bad influence on his nephew. Quote Drew: Great piece of engineering. Philomon: Yeah, I know. She gives me the chills. Drew: [glares at Philomon] "She?" Dude, stop feminizing it. It's weird. It's unnatural. Summary Daniel Graystone attempts damage control in light of his wife's false revelation that their daughter was one of the suicide bombers of Maglev 23. Meanwhile, Joseph Adama continues his pursuit of seeing the Tamara avatar again while Willie Adama and Sam Adama continue to bond. Quote Daniel Graystone: Scandals are sunburns, Cyrus; they fade. Summary Daniel readies himself for his appearance on Backtalk with Baxter Sarno. The GDD carry out searches on the Athena Academy and the Graystone home. Sam waits patiently for his moment to kill Amanda, but Joseph is slowly overcome with regret for calling in the hit on her. Quote Ruth: You think you only get things from friends? Summary Tomas Vergis comes to Caprica to seek vengeance on Daniel Graystone for two workers who were killed during the theft of his meta-cognitive processor. Sister Clarice tries to steal Zoe's avatar, a move that will reveal her plan and gain attention amidst the Soldiers of the One who are under the reckless leadership of Barnabas Greeley. Summary To continue her goal of obtaining Zoe's avatar, Clarice carries on her friendship with Amanda who is being haunted by visions of her dead brother. Heracles guides Joseph through the hazards of New Cap City. Zoe and Lacy continues their respective efforts to get the U-87 to Gemenon while Daniel is still being pressured by Vergis to sell the Caprica Buccaneers to help work on the meta-cognitive processor. Summary Daniel highly suspects that the Zoe avatar he thought was lost is still in the Cylon Prototype, so he puts the robot through a series of tests, hoping that it will lead Zoe to reveal herself to him. Summary When the demand for the Cylon production is dramatically changed to just a week, Daniel calls the order to clean the MCP, which will destroy the Zoe avatar in the process and forces her to take drastic actions to escape. Barnabas puts Lacy's allegiance to the STO to a test, as Clarice plans a trip to Gemenon. Amanda is haunted by visions of her brother and the allegations made by Vergis against her husband push her to the brink. Emmanuelle finds Tamara so as to finally take Joseph's quest to an end.
