Norman Stuart (16 March 1909—9 June 1998) was an American actor.

Born in Pennsylvania, Stuart portrayed a statesman in "Saga of a Star World" and in both parts of "War of the Gods".

He also played Vulcan Kolinahr Master #1 in Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

A collection of his career's ephemera is present at the Vanderbilt University's Special Collections.
