Qualai is listed on Admiral Adama's service record as his place of birth, but is never spoken in dialogue.  A child Adama is seen living in Little Tauron in the Caprica finale, "Apotheosis" seemingly indicating he spent his early life in Joseph and Evelyn Adama's Caprica City apartment.  Adama himself later states in Blood and Chrome that he grew up in Caprica City, presenting a possible contradiction.
