Lloyd Wolfe Bochner (29 July 1924—29 October 2005 in Santa Monica, California) was a Canadian actor.
Bochner played Leiter, the Eastern Alliance commander in the Original Series.
Born in Santa Monica, California, Bochner was a popular character actor with a filmography since 1949, his stern appearance being preferred for many antagonist roles through TV series and films.
Bochner had a guest appearance in the one of the most popular original Twilight Zone episodes, "To Serve Man."
Bochner's five-decade career spanned the gamut of genres, from westerns, science fiction, police dramas, soap operas, spy dramas, detective stories, and comedies.
Bochner was called upon for his talents in other Glen Larson productions, including Manimal, The Fall Guy, and B.J. and the Bear.
In his latter years, Bochner's voice graced several Batman animated TV episodes and movies.
Bochner died of cancer in 2005. He was survived by his wife and three children, actor Hart Bochner, director Paul Bochner and Johanna Courtleigh.
