Orion was a world that traded with the Twelve Colonies of Man.
Siress Belloby owns an old energizer from this world. Starbuck also has currency checks he held from this world (The Magnificent Warriors).
When Starbuck is competing in a triad match with Ortega, Cassiopeia comments that after the matches, Starbuck ends up looking like a "black and blue Orion hasher" presumably a reference to an Orion dish (Murder on the Rising Star).
