Ina Balin (born as Ina Rosenberg on November 12, 1937 in Brooklyn, New York, died June 20, 1990 in New Haven, Connecticut) was an American actor, writer and producer.

Balin's filmography begins with some roles in early American television dramas. In film, Balin gained sizable Hollywood attention in 1961 for her role in From The Terrace, where she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress and won a Golden Globe award (with actresses Nancy Kwan and Hayley Mills) for Most Promising Newcomer. Balin also won other theatrical awards that year and in 1962 for her role in the film, Bronze Wrangler (co-starring popular American actor John Wayne).

Balin continued her film roles for a time (including the portrayal of Martha in the biblical epic, The Greatest Story Ever Told), transitioning her time to more television roles that showed her comedic and dramatic sides, including Bonanza (starring Original Series actor Lorne Greene), The Dick Van Dyke Show, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Get Smart, Ironside, Mannix, Barnaby Jones and Murder, She Wrote.

Balin was a philanthropist for the plight of Vietnamese orphans during the Vietnam War, helping to rescue many of the children as the country fell to communism. She later adopted three Vietnamese children in 1976.

Balin died of pulmonary hypertension in 1990.
