The Canopus wormhole resides near the Korax nebula.
Colonial Warriors Bojay and Sheba discover that the wormhole emits strange transmissions that reveal a human presence, possibly that of the Thirteenth Tribe, on the other side of the wormhole.
Galactica cannot immediately investigate the transmissions further. In the path to the wormhole's entrance is a planet inhabited by Cylons. The planet, Tessida, is used as a military computer center (Battlestar Galactica: Cylon Apocalypse 1).
