Croadan is an alleged planet somewhere near, or in, the Alpha Six quadrant.
During his talk with Starbuck, Robber claims that he is "just a shuttle driver with a load of agro parts for the farmers on Crodan". He goes on to explain that Crodan is a small, low-tech settlement that has never seen a Viper before (TOS: "The Long Patrol").
