Shuttle Alpha is a Galactica shuttle that transports Doctor Wilker to the alien derelict mothership.

The ship is piloted by Captain Apollo and Lieutenant Starbuck (Prison of Souls, Part 1), and is responsible for returning a Somnain-possessed Wilker to Galactica (Prison of Souls, Part 2).
