Alpha Six quadrant is a w:binary star system outside the Cyrannus galaxy where Proteus is located.
According to scans from Galactica, the star system has a concentration of asteroids (The Long Patrol).
Notes
- Given that Galactica did not have star charts of the area, it is likely that the name was assigned by either a computer or an officer.
