Magda Apanowicz (born November 8, 1985) is a Canadian actress who portrays Lacy Rand in Caprica.

Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Apanowicz has acted in various Vancouver-filmed genre shows including Jeremiah, Bionic Woman, Kyle XY, and Continuum.

Caprica

The show's producers have called her an "off the charts discovery," praising her performance for being "so strong and innocent and vulnerable and sexy." Her portrayal of Lacy was so compelling that the writers significantly expanded the character's role, evolving her from a supporting friend into a central figure in the series.
