Tommy Europe is the Canadian actor and stunt performer who portrayed Rally, a member of the Caprica Buccaneers in "The Plan". He is also a personal trainer and was formerly a professional football player in the Canadian Football League.
Europe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishops University, Lennoxville, Quebec in 1993.
