Jesse Haddock (born 3 January 1987 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) is a Canadian actor who portrayed Darius in the Caprica series.
Career
editHaddock has built a career in both television and film, with notable work in major streaming and premium cable productions. His television work includes roles in The L Word: Generation Q (2019),[external 1] the HBO Max crime drama Tokyo Vice (2022),[external 2] and the HBO sports drama Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty (2022).[external 3]
His filmography includes appearances in Hot Rod (2007),[external 4] Tell Me No Lies (2007),[external 5] Gregoire (2017),[external 6] and the horror comedy Bingo Hell (2021).[external 7]
His television appearances also include roles in Arrow, Wayward Pines, and The Magicians.[external 8]
As of 2025, Haddock is working on The Studio, an upcoming comedy series.[external 9]

Personal Life
editHaddock married American actor Thomas Dekker in April 2017.[external 11] The couple had been dating since 2014.[external 12] Dekker publicly came out as gay in July 2017, three months after their marriage, revealing their relationship after being indirectly outed by television producer Bryan Fuller during a speech at Outfest.[external 13]
Dekker, known for his roles in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, The Secret Circle, and Heroes, shared wedding photographs on Instagram in September 2017, describing the marriage as a rare moment when hopes and dreams drive themselves to fruition.[external 14]
In a 2022 interview with Variety, Dekker discussed the circumstances of being outed, noting that he had married Haddock in secret from the public while being open with close friends and family. At the time, he remained concerned about the potential professional consequences of publicly acknowledging his sexuality.[external 15]
