Tigh is the Executive Officer of the battlestar Galactica, serving under Commander Adama.
He assists Adama during the Freighter Eighteen incident, questioning the Cylons' motives for not destroying the ship. He later accompanies Adama to the fuel room to stop the Cylon-controlled Captain Heffren (Comics: Look-In Magazine: Storyline 1).[1]
During the encounter with the planet Thar, Tigh is the first to suspect that a mysterious alien vessel is hostile (Comics: Look-In Magazine: Storyline 2).[2]
