Lymphocytic encephalitis (encephalitis literally means inflammation of the brain) is a form of encephalitis caused by the Lymphocytic Virus. The condition is extremely lethal to Cylons, and as such the pathogen is considered as a biological weapon to destroy their race (A Measure of Salvation).
