Lethe is the name of a brand of beer of the Twelve Colonies circa 42YR.
A group of Taurons partake in this beverage in bottled form during the broadcast of Backtalk with Baxter Sarno featuring Daniel and Amanda Graystone. Later, Joseph Adama imbibes on canned Lethe while agonizing over his request to Sam Adama to kill Amanda in keeping with the Tauron "blood for blood" tradition (CAP: "Gravedancing").
Notes
- According to Greek mythology, Lethe is one of Hades' five rivers, reputed to cause forgetfulness in those who drank from its waters. Ghosts who traveled through Hades were required to drink is waters in order to forget their past life, as a prerequisite to reincarnation.
