Red Squadron is a Viper squadron attached to battlestar Galactica. Bojay leads Red Squadron (including Jolly) on a precautionary intercept when the squadron is abducted by the Ship of Lights (TOS: "War of the Gods, Part I").
After its reappearance, Adama orders this squadron to prevent any ship from launching without his permission during the attack lead by Baltar and his inmates from the Prison Barge (TOS: "Baltar's Escape").
