John Stewart is an actor who portrayed the Supervisor in Caprica's "Apotheosis". His screen credits are concentrated in science-fiction, horror, and action television series and films shot in and around Vancouver, British Columbia, spanning 2004 to at least 2017.

Career

Stewart's earliest identified screen credit is the role of Reverend in the television film The Book of Ruth (2004).[external 1] He later played Wojo in Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007),[external 2] and in 2008 appeared as a Museum Security Guard in the fourth-season Supernatural episode "Monster Movie."[external 3]

He portrayed the Pilot in the disaster film 2012 (2009)[external 4] the following year before appearing as the Supervisor in "Apotheosis."

Stewart continued working steadily in episodic television and feature films shot in the region. He played Trish's Husband in This Means War (2012),[external 5] and returned to Supernatural as Carl Granville in the eighth-season episode "Trial and Error" (2013).[external 6]

In 2015, Stewart took on the recurring role of Doug Thompson in the first season of Fear the Walking Dead,[external 7] appearing in the episode "Cobalt."[external 8]

His credits in 2017 included Bob Boreton in the Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency episode "Little Guy, Black Hair,"[external 9] Pyro Pete in the Lucifer episode "God Johnson,"[external 10] and the Detention Teacher in Power Rangers.[external 11]
