Tommy is a member of the Ha'la'tha circa 58 BCH (42YR).
Following Francis' failure in killing Joseph Adama at his home, Joseph and his brother Sam Adama make their way to Goldie's Off Track Betting for their emergency stash of cubits and forged identification. They are met here by Tommy and two of his henchmen.
After Sam fails to convince Tommy to spare Joseph, as he is the only surviving parent of Willie Adama, Willie interrupts Tommy and his crew's attempt to kill the Adama brothers. In doing so, Tommy's henchman mortally wounds Willie, while Sam violently beats Tommy into submission after using Tommy's gun to incapacitate his two henchmen (CAP: "Here Be Dragons").
Tommy's fate after this is not formally determined.
