Marco Arimare is a Canadian actor and dancer who portrayed Male Dancer in the Caprica episode "Ghosts in the Machine".[external 1]

Career

Arimare has established himself in the entertainment industry as both a performer and choreographer. His film credits include appearing as an ABA Dancer in the direct-to-DVD dance film Center Stage: Turn It Up (2008),[external 2] where he also served as assistant choreographer for ballet under lead choreographer Odessa Munroe.[production 1] In an interview, Munroe explained that she brought two assistants including Arimare onto the production because they were given only ten working days to choreograph seventeen ballet dance scenes for the film.[commentary 1]

His television work includes an uncredited appearance as a Male Dancer in the 2004 television film The Goodbye Girl, a remake of the 1977 romantic comedy.[external 3] In 2010, he portrayed a Male Dancer in "Ghosts in the Machine", the eighth episode of Caprica.[external 4]

Arimare continued working in both acting and choreography roles throughout 2015. His film credits that year include appearing as Terry in the short film Corbin, as Mr. V in the short film The Igloo, as Red Death in the short film The After Life of Edgar Allan Poe, and as a Detective in the television movie Breed.[external 5] He also had an uncredited appearance as a Barista in one episode of the television series Impastor.[external 6] Behind the scenes, he served as co-choreographer for one episode of the Nickelodeon series The Troop in 2012.[production 2]
