Gary Owens (born May 10, 1936) is an American voice actor who voiced the character of Cy in the Galactica 1980 episode "The Return of Starbuck".

Born in Mitchell, South Dakota, Owens has worked since the mid-1950s in narration and voice work on such series as Space Ghost, Batman, Garfield and Friends, That 70's Show and Buzz Lightyear of Star Command.
