A centar is a Colonial measurement of time and analogous to one Earth hour. Its plural form is "centares".
One (1) centar is equal to sixty (60) centons.
Notes[edit]
- The original script for Greetings From Earth has a key that says a centon is a minute, a centar is an hour, a secton is a week, and a yahren is a year.[1]
- In the Maximum Press comics, the term is spelled with an "u": "centaur" is the singular form, while "centaurs" is the plural form.
