Proteus descends on Helia (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 1).

Helia is a world under Cylonic rule.

Following the destruction of Caprica, the aetherprison Proteus transports Crown Prince Apollo to Helia (along with other prisoners, including exiles Boomer and Jolly) to mine ores in order to construct additional Cylonic Centurions (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 1 & 2).

Prior to its acquisition by Baltar and the Cylonics, it was a decommissioned Colonial prison planet where Baltar acquired his raw ores and resources to build the original Cylonic Knights during the Ovion Wars (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 2).

Following word of Galactica's destruction and the rescue of Count Iblis, Apollo leads Boomer, Jolly, and a number of other prisoners on a quest of vengeance using stolen Cylonic shuttles (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 #3).
