Leo Li Chiang (born 20 January 1976) is the Taiwan-born actor who portrays the tattooed pilot who appears frequently in the background in many episodes of the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica.
Emigrating to Canada in 1979, Chiang grew up in Burnaby, British Columbia.[1]
