Helia is a world under Cylonic rule.
Following the destruction of Caprica, the aetherprison Proteus transports Crown Prince Apollo to Helia (along with other prisoners, including exiles Boomer and Jolly) to mine ores in order to construct additional Cylonic Centurions (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 1 & 2).
Prior to its acquisition by Baltar and the Cylonics, it was a decommissioned Colonial prison planet where Baltar acquired his raw ores and resources to build the original Cylonic Knights during the Ovion Wars (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 2).
