This is a listing of sectors that are noted in the Original Series.

Beta sector

Beta sector is the location of a nearby habitable star system at the time of the Celestra mutiny. Mutineers from Celestra originally plan to escape from the Colonial Fleet to the 21st planet of this system (TOS: "Take the Celestra").

Delta sector

Delta sector is the location from where the last wave of Cylon warships approached the Colonial Fleet during refueling operations near the planet Gamoray (TOS: "The Living Legend, Part II").

Hatari sector

Main article: Hatari sector

Hatari sector is the location of Equellus, planet where Apollo crash-lands and later handles a lone Centurion who, commanded by Lacerta, terrorized a town (TOS: "The Lost Warrior").

Omega sector

Omega sector is a region outside the Cyrannus galaxy containing the Delta-class planet Attila, as well as two other planets.

Previously controlled by human descendants from the Twelve Colonies, the Cylons inevitably took forceful possession of the sector and its planets (TOS: "The Young Lords").

Ontarus sector

Main article: Ontarus sector

Ontarus sector is the location of Opelon (TOS: "I Have Seen Earth").

Sector Delta 5

Sector Delta 5, adjacent to the Tau Quadrant, is the location of the Otarsis Quadrant asteroid (TOS: "Lost Planet of the Gods, Part I").

Sector Sigma

Sector Sigma is the location of Arcta, itself apparently outside the Cyrannus galaxy (TOS: "The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part I").

{{{summary}}}List of sectors (RDM)=

This is a listing of sectors noted in the Re-imagined Series.

Sector Delta 9

The location of the Battle of the Resurrection Hub (TRS: "The Hub"), according to Colonial starcharts. After Chief Laird retrieves information from Eammon Pike's flight recorder, Galactica discovers the debris and no survivors (TRS: "Sine Qua Non").

Sector J23R7

An image analysis of J23R7 in the Situation Room.

Sector J23R7 is the system where the Battle for the Tylium Asteroid takes place.

A full spectrum image analysis of the system is on a light panel in the Situation Room during this engagement (TRS: "The Hand of God").

Notes

  • Given the presence of other data in the room regarding the tylium asteroid, it is logically assumed that the battle takes place in this system, barring a FUBAR on the part of Galactica's crew.
  • Also the possible presence of the mandala can be seen on the chart though not in its fullest detail. Despite this, however, its presence is more than likely unintentional.

Sector 335-6

Main article: Sector 335-6

Sector 335-6, also known as the Caprica/Taurus range, is the location of the gas giant Ragnar (TRS: "Miniseries, Night 2").

Sector 728

Sector 728 is the region of the galaxy that contains the planet Kobol (TRS: "Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part I").
