Brion James is the actor who played Willy in the Galactica 1980 episode, "Galactica Discovers Earth, Part I".
He appeared as the replicant Leon Kowalski alongside Edward James Olmos in the 1982 film, Blade Runner, as well as the 1997 video game of the same name.
