Quorum of Twelve
Of the current Quorum of Twelve, only Lee Adama, Jacob Cantrell and Reza Chronides are identified by names.
Picon Delegate
This woman is Picon's current representative to the Quorum of Twelve ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity").
- The "Picon Delegate" was portrayed by Judith Maxie.
Gemenon Delegate
This woman is Gemenon's current representative to the Quorum of Twelve ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity").
- She was portrayed by Donna Soares and credited as "Speaking Delegate #1".
Speaking Delegate #2
This woman is the current representative to the Quorum of Twelve of one of the Twelve Colonies. It is unknown which colony she represents other than the fact that it's neither Caprica, Sagittaron, Gemenon nor Picon ("The Ties That Bind", "Escape Velocity").
- The "Speaking Delegate #2" was portrayed by Iris Paluly.
Other delegates
Six of the twelve Quorum delegates are not credited, but appear in both "The Ties That Bind" and "Escape Velocity". All of them also appear in "Guess What's Coming to Dinner" except for Delegate #10, who is replaced by Delegate #13.

Clergy
Priest
Both president Gaius Baltar and, after the Second Exodus, Laura Roslin, are sworn in by this priest.
- This priest is played by actor Winston Rekert and appears in "Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II", "Exodus, Part II" and "Collaborators".
Priestess
This priestess conducts the service at Cally Tyrol's funeral. Later, her service is interrupted by an intrusion of Gaius Baltar and his cult (Escape Velocity).
- This priestess is portrayed by Laara Sadiq.
Colonial One crew
Colonial One captain

The unnamed captain of the government-chartered starliner Colonial Heavy 798 (later renamed Colonial One) in the Miniseries.
- The pilot was played by actor Barclay Hope. In the novelization of the Miniseries (which is treated as a separate continuity source), the unnamed captain is given a name: Captain Russo.
Colonial One co-pilot
The unnamed co-pilot of the the government-chartered starliner Colonial Heavy 798 (later renamed Colonial One) in the Miniseries.
- The co-pilot was played by actor Guyle Fraizer. In the Miniseries novelization (which is treated as a separate continuity source), the character is given a name: Eduardo.
- Humorously, in the DVD commentary for the Miniseries, Ron D. Moore and David Eick point out that Frazier is one of the best extras they have, but he got no speaking lines whatsoever for the role of the pilot. They jokingly quipped of the actor's non-verbal skill, in that the actor always looks as if he wants to say something while in the cockpit, but always thinks better of it and keeps silent.
Other
Botanical Cruiser captain
After beginning her assembly of a fleet of surviving civilian vessels, Laura Roslin talks to the captain of a Botanical Cruiser, assuring him that all his ship's vital needs will be attended to. However, he dies along with his crew and passengers, when the Cylons attack Roslin's nascent fleet (Miniseries, Night 2).
- The captain was portrayed by Kwesi Ameyaw.
Reporter
An unnamed reporter is present on Colonial One and on Galactica through Baltar's trial. He asks questions regarding the trial itself, and later on whether or not Roslin will receive another transfusion from Hera Agathon.
- This reporter is played by actor Stephen Holmes and appears in "The Son Also Rises" through "Crossroads, Part II".
Sons of Ares leader
An unnamed man leads the assault of the Sons of Ares on the Cult of Baltar. It is unknown whether he is a civilian or a member of Galactica's crew (Escape Velocity).
- The Sons of Ares leader was played by Rob Hayter, whose role was uncredited.
