Warren Stroka is the actor who portrayed Man on Street in the Caprica episode "Reins of a Waterfall".
Stroka has also appeared in such television series as American Dreams, Arliss, Picket Fences, Roseanne, and Step by Step; and provided voice work for animated series as Lloyd in Space, Recess, Spider-Man, and The Wild Thornberrys.[1] His film work includes Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls and Howl's Moving Castle.[1]
