Actress Nicki Clyne was born on February 11, 1983 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She stands 5'6" tall and was born under the sign of Pisces. Nicki graduated in June 2000 from Hugh Boyd Secondary School in Richmond, B.C.. While Nicki said she could not sing, she played the title character on stage in a high school production of Annie. She has taken courses at the University of British Columbia and Simon Fraser University, which are both in metropolitan Vancouver.

Film and TV

One of her favorite directors is Tim Burton. She owns a motorcycle. According to IMDb, one of her first roles was in The Hostage Negotiator in 2001. Nicki also acted along with Battlestar Galactica alumnus Paul Campbell in the independent Canadian film Ill-Fated. Nicki was nominated for Best Actress for that film in the Leo Awards.

Some of her other work includes guest appearances on Smallville, The L Word, Dark Angel, The Twilight Zone, and other Canadian productions. Nicki's big break is arguably her role as Specialist Crewman Cally on the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica Miniseries and subsequent appearance as a recurring character on the regular series.

Nicki filmed an appearance in a VH1 production slated for early 2006 called "Totally Awesome;" however, the production now appears to have been shelved, though it might be released on DVD. She also has a minor role in the July 2006 film John Tucker Must Die.
