Just a Note

Heya, Talos. A couple times I've noticed that on talk pages, you're not signing your comments. It's kind of hard that way to see who said what's typed. It's simple to do, just after the end of your post, type two dashes and four tildes (without spaces: --~~ ~~). That will sign the thing like this: --Day 14:11, 13 September 2005 (EDT)

No worries. Also note, that it's traditional to indent a reply by starting out with a coolon. One colon for each tab (and thus for each reply-level). I took the liberty of formatting this conversation. When I joined, I found the tutorial very helpful for these kinds of things. Also, if you want to share some things about yourself, or whatever, I reccomend editing your user page. Regarding Image:Mini TOS1701.jpg

Noticed the image you uploaded and have to ask, where exactly did this come from? (I wouldn't be surprised if Zoic slipped this in somewhere, seeing as they slipped in the Serenity.) Greets from a fellow (former) Cadet Captain

Noticed the activity on your talk page, and ran into your user page. I didn't have it on my user page, but I also held the rank of Cadet Captain back in my day. Army ROTC, Western Region, 10th "Gateway" Brigade, Bulldog Battalion (Truman State University), Bravo Company. I was CO (first semester) and XO (second semester) of Bravo, my sophomore year. Scared the heck out of my (now retired) Air Force dad (thinking that I would join), but I ended up not contracting. It still makes a nice bullet on the resume, and was a good experience. They've been out of my grasp for some time now. I do start senior ROTC hopefully in the fall. I'm planning on joining the Navy and being either a Surface Warfare Officer of a Naval Flight Officer (for comparison: Gaeta or Apollo/Boomer/Helo etc.). Battle pages

Isn't it more relevant to know who was piloting the vipers rather than what their numbers were? I'd say we should only cite numbers where they are known but pilots are not. --Peter Farago 17:21, 20 March 2006 (CST)

That'd work, what I was thinking is that the pilot is going to be listed on the Viper page, eg Viper 7961 shows Kat as the pilot in the battle. But, like they say, YMMV. --Talos 19:18, 20 March 2006 (CST)

Hey thanks for that Socinus pic from the deleted scenes. I'm not sure, exactly. The fic itself is still very much in its infancy. I did like the look of your Scorpion design, and was looking to have either a Mk VIII or an as-yet un-designed long-range, FTL-capable nuclear strike bird. Do you have any IM programs?
