Seraphs[1] are the names for the Beings of Light first discovered in "War of the Gods, Part II".
In the comic series, the Seraphs are responsible for providing Galactica and her Fleet a "warp system" that permits them to reach Earth.[1]
Additionally, the Serpahs have the ability to warp ships and time travel at will[1].
