There are at least 12 airlocks, commonly refereed to as launch tubes, on battlestar Galactica. Airlock 12 was badly damaged that it trapped Chief Tyrol and Cally inside because of a loss of pressure (A Day in the Life).

Notes

Some airlocks are presumed to be on Deck 14, but visual reference of Vipers launching can be seen from two different decks.
