Available variables:
- Original Series
- Starbuck or starbuck for characters in Battlestar Galactica: Starbuck
- TOS or tos for primary recurring characters in the variety of Original Series comics, books, etc.
- Re-imagined Series
- cw or Cylon War for characters in Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War
- Alternate Universes
- 1980 for characters in Galactica 1980
- 1880 for characters in Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880
