Count Iblis is a Colonial computer scientist, and one of the two creators of the babbage computer Lu-c-fer that controls the Cylonics.

Following the conclusion of the Ovion Wars, Baltar captures Iblis and imprisons him on Helia.

After the destruction of Caprica, Iblis assists Crown Prince Apollo, as well as former Warriors Boomer and Jolly, escape from Helia (Steampunk Battlestar Galactica 1880 2).
