Jonas Pate is a director for the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica, possibly better known for his role in the creation of G vs E, a series that Ronald D. Moore later wrote for. He is also an executive producer on the final re-imagined series installment, Blood and Chrome.
Pate was born in Raeford, North Carolina, USA, and with his brother Josh went on to co-create G vs E and Surface before Pate became involved with Battlestar.
Following his involvement with Battlestar Galactica and its spin-offs, he co-created (with his brother Josh) and produced the Netflix series Outer Banks, which features his daughter Lilah as the recurring character, Peeler.
