Leonard began working as an associate producer on Season 1, then was later promoted to co-producer beginning in [[Season 2 (2005-06)|].
Prior to the Re-imagined Series, Leonard worked with David Eick on The Invisible Man as an associate producer, and worked on the genre series Sliders as a post-production supervisor.
