Dawn Prestwich is a writer for the Re-imagined Series.
Prestwich, a Texas native who attended Stanford, was a published short story writer when she met another BSG writer Nicole Yorkin at the American Film Institute, and they have been a team ever since. They have worked on various television shows over ten plus years, including Chicago Hope, Picket Fences and Ally McBeal and won a Writer's Guild Award in 2003 for their drama pilot The Education of Max Bickford. They also were writers and Co-Executive Producers on Carnivàle [1], the HBO series where fellow BSG crew members Ronald D. Moore and Toni Graphia also worked.
