Charlie Connor is one of Samuel Anders' resistance fighters. He takes part in the meeting with Sharon Agathon at Breeders Canyon and later fights in the Battle of New Caprica (Exodus, Part II).

He lost his seven year old son Kevin during the Temple Raids on New Caprica and, back on Galactica, is part of a tribunal authorized by Tom Zarek in sentencing and executing collaborators (Collaborators).
