The Battle of Cosmora Archipelago occurred in the latter events of the Thousand Yahren War.

Commander Kronus commanded the Fourth Fleet and the battlestar Rycon in this battle. During the battle, he rallied the Fleet despite being seriously wounded, subsequently destroying three basestars.

Rycon was subsequently lost at this battle after it was scuttled, but Kronus survived to receive the Star of Kobol from the Quorum of Twelve, in addition to assuming executive command of three industry ships, including Celestra ^{(TOS: "Take the Celestra")}.
