For those who want to help with the CSS and a "layout" of the Mediawiki layout that would match this current design, you can head over to ''[http://www.battlestarwiki.org/hangarbay/index.php/Main_Page The Hanger Bay]'', to check it out. Some pages are created just so we have an idea of how it would look like. This is going to help the site look more real and so that the template can be used throughout the different skins installed. We are going to have two skins in the end, ''Monobook'' and ''BSGWiki''. The Mono book will just be unsing the default MediaWiki colors, but the same "layout".

Overview

For main page "testing" so it is not happening live. A very first version of the Wiki is located here. This was before the Wiki was even moved to the current domain. --Shane (T - C - E) 15:57, 2 August 2006 (CDT)

Editing

This is where we mess with the main page design using hardcoded data and such. As this information might look similar to the Main Page is because it still uses the same elements, but the design might change. To edit, you must know Wiki Code. If you don't you can check out the Markup page to learn it.

Current Project

None. :) --Shane (T - C - E) 21:49, 21 August 2006 (CDT)

Quote of the Day
On Caprica during the fight with the Cylons:

Samuel Anders: You got any great ideas in that military brain of yours?
Kara Thrace: Do the same thing we always do; fight 'em 'till we can't.

--Lay Down Your Burdens, Part II

Featured Article

The Cylon Centurion is a fully armored, metallic automaton that functions as the basic foot-soldier of the Cylon ground forces. Introduced sometime after the initial Cylon conflict, the modern Centurion appears to be a significant evolution of the Cylon War-era Centurion. Modern Centurions serve a variety of functions within the Cylon hierarchy, acting as guards, soldiers, executioners and even gardeners. "Bullethead", "clanker" and "chrome job" are common Colonial nicknames for these advanced and deadly Cylon constructs. They are also referred to as "toasters" - the common Colonial nickname (or epithet) for the Cylon race as a whole. ...continued...
