The Lunar Avion is a Terran shuttlecraft. Sarah Fowler and Michael use it to escape from Lunar Seven, hoping to make it to Paradeen (Greetings from Earth).
Speculation
The model for the Lunar Avion looks remarkably like that of Ranger 3, Buck Rogers' space shuttle, from the 1979 Buck Rogers motion picture.
