"Bootlegger 137" is the name assigned to Starbuck by Proteus enforcers after Starbuck is briefly incarcerated at the prison planetoid. He is the last known incarcerated occupant, having formerly occupied the cell of The Silent One (TOS: "The Long Patrol").
