A Murder on Picon is a mystery novel, apparently taking place on Picon.
Laura Roslin bought the book with her on the trip to Galactica, (Water) prior to its decomissioning ceremonies. (Mini Series)
Roslin returned the novel to Adama, in his quarters (Flight of the Phoenix), after Doc Cottle's prognosis that she had only weeks to live. Adama first gave the book to Roslin, telling her, "Never lend books. It's a gift."
