Cabott is a leading labor figure aboard Hitei Kan following the Second Exodus.
After Xeno Fenner is arrested for his labor efforts, he continues to lead the strike aboard the refinery ship, for which he is arrested as well. In his cell, Cabott suffers from hallucinations and injures himself due to his traumatic experiences while imprisoned on New Caprica. When Admiral William Adama forces Hitei Kan's resumption of production, Fenner and Cabott are released from the brig (TRS: "Dirty Hands").
