A Planner is a Theta-class life form created by Doctor Ravashol for mental tasks, namely devoted to science and intellectual thought. Planners appear much like Ravashol himself and reside on Arcta ^{(TOS: "The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, Part II")}.

Notes

Actor Liam Sullivan was uncredited for his appearance, but was identified via computer-aided facial recognition.

His role is mainly relegated to deleted scenes, including the head of the "Clone Council" that turns down Apollo's request for assistance, and when he subsequently informs Vulpa that the expedition survived Deathpoint Plateau.
