Humor check
The article is faintly amusing, like the smell of a baby's toes. But does it qualify as relevant to the wiki except by its coincidental naming? No, I don't think so. I call this to an immediate vote for (1) its relevancy to encyclopedic wiki events, and (2) that it is insufficiently funny. --Spencerian 13:31, 21 February 2007 (CST)

- Joe Beaudoin Jr. - Delete No actual connection to the series, other than the similarity of names. (It's also not funny at all, unless you happen to be inebriated...) -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 14:51, 21 February 2007 (CST)
- Comment Yeah, there is no real connection, but it's a typo that's somewhat common on german boards. Maybe because some people think they need to replace the Cs with Ks to make it "more german" or whatever, and possibly related to the moronic translators writing "Cylon" with a Z like in TOS --Serenity 14:59, 21 February 2007 (CST)
- Comment With that being the case, then I say we delete this article and have it redirect to Galactica instead. -- Joe Beaudoin So say we all - Donate 15:09, 21 February 2007 (CST)

- April Arcus - Delete on the merits, but I take no position w/r/t other Silly Pages. --April Arcus 02:49, 22 February 2007 (CST)
- Serenity - Neutral - It's an extremely annoying typo some people make, but otherwise I don't see the significance --Serenity 13:39, 21 February 2007 (CST)

- Steelviper - Delete I learned something, but not silly/funny enough. We should check our other silly pages and make sure they are all up to snuff, though. --Steelviper 14:15, 21 February 2007 (CST)
- Talos - Neutral I could go either way on this one. --Talos 14:05, 21 February 2007 (CST)

- Comment This may be the start of a mini-purge of the silly pages. Whatever standard we hold to the mainspace articles (and I think its relatively high), the silly pages are (or ought to be) held to even a higher standard. --Steelviper 13:52, 21 February 2007 (CST)
- Comment I concur. I had to go to an external link on the page to know that the article Mercifull noted is a pun on "Ceylon". That's not particularly funny, and Ceylon's been known as Sri Lanka for years now anyway. --Spencerian 14:24, 21 February 2007 (CST)

- Noneofyourbusiness - Oppose This article has no place here. The toaster and New Caprican loco weed articles at least deal with items mentioned on the show, though I wish they would be de-sillified. -- Noneofyourbusiness 14:10, 21 February 2007 (CST)
- JubalHarshaw - Neutral - I'm indifferent to this particular Silly page. But in response to Noneofyourbusiness, I have to say that nothing is stopping him or anyone else from creating a more serious treatment of either of the articles he mentioned above. I personally feel that a silly treatment of them is totally appropo, however. I Oppose an overzealous Silly page purge. JubalHarshaw 19:19, 21 February 2007 (CST)
