Overview
This template is to be used to format a user's vote, typically in a Think Tank proposal.
Usage

Required fields
- type: Supported values are support, oppose, neutral and abstain.
- user: Your user name. Do not add the "User" or "User talk" namespace prefixes.
Optional fields
- comments: The comments regarding the vote.
Automatic fields
- The user's signature is automatically entered, thus removing the need to add ~~~~.
