A female pilot / ECO aboard the Galactica who accompanies LT (j.g.) Sharon "Boomer" Valerii on a mission to destroy a Cylon baseship. She is later a witness to Boomer's attempted assassination of Willam Adama in the CIC of the Battlestar Galactica (Kobol's Last Gleaming, Part II). Immediately afterwards she informs the CIC staff that Boomer returned from placing the nuke inside the Basestar without her helmet on, and that she probably gave away the Galactica's position to the other Cylons (Scattered). Racetrack aided the escape of President Laura Roslin from the brig by falsely saying that her Raptor was having technical problems, making an excuse for Apollo to go to the hangar bay. She then helped prep for launch the Raptor they were escaping on, though she stayed behind on the Galactica (Resistance) Racetrack served as ECO on a Raptor, plotting the best point of orbital entry when taking Commander Adama to Kobol to find and meet with President Roslin (Home, Part II).

Racetrack was probably created as a replacement for Crashdown and his role as ECO of the Raptor a given episode focuses on (as Crashdown himself was created as a replacement for Helo after he was stranded). Racetrack was introduced in the first season finale and the seeds of Crashdown's demise - signs of his incompetence for command while stranded on Kobol - were already planted in that episode.
